The following explains how QOZMO B.V. (hereinafter referred to as IOAN) handles your personal data and what cookies are set by ourselves and third parties.

Scope of Privacy Policy

When using our services and websites and purchasing products, you leave certain data with us. This may include personal data. We process data depending on which services and functionalities you choose. For example, we only process your CV, motivation letter and level of education when you apply to us online, and data about your skin condition only plays a role when you have undergone a FaceMapping, for example.

IOAN respects the privacy of all users of its website and webshop and ensures that the personal information you provide to IOAN is treated confidentially. Processing of personal data is done in a manner, which is in accordance with the requirements of current privacy legislation.

Use of your data

If you place an order on the webshop of ioan.eu, IOAN needs your name and address, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address and payment information to carry out your order and to keep you informed of its progress.

Using Hotjar we can register how you use our website, for example by tracking your click behavior. With this information we can optimize the operation of our website. These cookies come from Hotjar and are removed after 1 year.
